Middletown Township Police Make 6 DUI Arrests

Middletown Township police said they made several driving under the influences arrests.

A 43-year-old Bensalem resident was arrested for driving under the influence. Police said Ruthlynn Elizabeth Kerr was arrested after traffic stop on Trenton at Woodbourne roads at 12:55 a.m. on May 27. Kerr also faces a red light violation.  

A 56-year-old Bristol man was arrested after a traffic stop on Bellevue Avenue at the Penndel Train Station at 10:43 p.m. on May 27. Police said Henry Charles Streeter faces DUI charges.

After a traffic stop on Veterans Highway near Trenton Road at 2:17 a.m. on May 28, police said Paul Charles Bittenbender was arrested. The 19-year-old Levittown resident was arrested for DUI and following too closely.  

Police said Martin Potoczny, 24, of Feasterville, was arrested for DUI, careless driving and driving with a suspended DUI-related license. The arrest came as a result of a traffic stop on New Falls Road near Woodbourne Road at 11:42 p.m. on May 28.

Amber Quinn, 19, of Levittown, was arrested for underage DUI after a traffic stop on Durham Road near Green Meadow Drive at 3:51 a.m. May 29.

Police said Joshua E. Kontz, 23, of Penndel, was arrested for DUI after a one-car crash on East Highland Avenue at 10:09 p.m. Monday.
