Missing Man Found Safe [Updated]

Police were looking for Raymond Buchek. He was last seen Sunday morning.

Tuesday, 11:55 a.m.:

Bristol Township police report that Raymond Buchek has been found safe.

Authorities in Bristol Township are looking for an 85-year-old man who disappeared from the Dogwood section of Levittown.

Raymond Buchek stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, wearing a brown jacket and khaki pants. He has white hair and blue eyes, Sgt. Chuch Burns said.

The elderly man, Burns continued, is known to frequently take walks about the Levittown Shopping Center and the old Walmart in Fairless Hills.

Buchek, who is blind, does not drive and was last seen at 10 a.m. on Sunday, police said.

According to Burns, the 85-year-old does not have a history of not coming home and is not known to have Alzheimer's disease.

"We're concerned because the weather getting colder and because he's elderly," the sergeant said.

Those with information on the whereabouts of the missing man are urged to call 911.
