Police: 5 Arrested On Assault Charges, Open Warrants

According to police, a 17-year-old boy from Levittown turned himself in on an active juvenile probation warrant. He was taken into custody and turned over to constables who transported him to Edison. It happened at Bristol Township Headquarters at 8:41 p.m. on April 23.

Joseph Roberts, 30, of Philadelphia, was arrested on a bench warrant police said. It happened at 10 p.m. on April 23 on Emile Road in Levittown. He was processed and transported to Bucks County Prison.

Luis Nieves DeJesus, 33, of Bristol, was arrested and charged with simple assault, according to police. It happened at 2:49 a.m. on April 22 on Ford Road in Bristol. District Justice Falcone arraigned him and set bail at $10,000.

George Sar, 29, of Bristol, was arrested and charged with simple assault police said. It happened at 10:28 p.m. on April 22 on Ford Road in Bristol. District Justice Benz arraigned him, set bail at $5,000 and sent him to Bucks County Prison.

Joseph Roberts, 30, of Philadelphia, was arrested on a bench warrant and released to sheriffs, according to police. It happened at 10 p.m. on April 23 on Emilie Road in Levittown.

Police said sometime between 1 a.m. and 5:44 a.m. on April 21 someone stole a 2001 Nissan, bearing Pennsylvania registration No. HYV2229, parked on Rockview Drive in Bristol. The vehicle is valued at $8,800. It was reported at 5:44 a.m. on April 21.

Sometime overnight on April 21 someone broke into a shed on Pumpkin Hill Road in Levittown and stole numerous tools valued at $3,500 police said. It was reported at 8:57 a.m. on April 21. 

Sometime between 11:45 a.m. and 12:42 p.m. on April 24, someone broke in through a window of a Violetwood Drive location in Levittown police said. Jewelry was taken. The approximate value is unknown. It was reported at 12:42 p.m. on April 24.

According to police, on April 21 at an unknown time someone stole an iPhone from a location on New Falls Road in Levittown. The phone was valued at $650. It was reported at 12:14 a.m. on April 21.
