Store Robbed At Gunpoint In Levittown

Bristol Township police report: three arrests, one robbery and three thefts.

 

Police said someone robbed a store at gunpoint on Bristol Pike in Levittown on Dec. 8 at 5:28 a.m. The robber was described as a man, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, a tan or brown mask, gloves and jeans. Police said the robber pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded money. The clerk gave the robber money and the man fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

Bruce Simpson, 29, of Bristol, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Dec. 7 on a bench warrant and released to sheriffs, according to police. It happened on Bath Road in Bristol.

Deborah Bowens, 46, of Levittown, was arrested on a bench warrant and released to sheriffs, police said. It happened on Dec. 7 at 8 a.m. on Bath Road in Bristol.

Devona Blair, 28, of Levittown, was arrested on a local warrant and sent to Bucks County Prison, according to police. It happened Dec. 7 at 10:58 a.m.

According to police, a $300 Play Station unit was stolen from a location on Veterans Highway in Bristol between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 5:14 p.m. on Dec. 7.

A 1993 Honda, with Pennsylvania registration #FXH5969, parked on Michael Drive in Levittown, was stolen sometime between 10 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 7 police said. It was reported 10:56 p.m. on Dec. 7. The value of the vehicle was unknown.

Two white men were seen taking scrap metal from a location on Cedar Avenue in Croydon on Dec. 7 at 11:46 a.m., according to police. The approximate value of the stolen items was unknown.
