Police: Bristol Man Cited For Urinating In Front Of Restaurant

Middletown Township police said a 20-year-old Bristol man was caught urinating in front of a restaurant. Police said they cited Michael J. Dellavalle for disorderly conduct as a result of urinating in public at the Great American Diner at 12:07 a.m. Sunday.
Police said two 14-year-old Levittown girls were cited for curfew violation on Snowball Drive at Trenton Road at 2:10 a.m. Sunday.
Jonathan West, 27, of Bensalem, was cited for retail theft at the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road after $72 worth of merchandise was taken, police said. It happened at 2:57 p.m. Monday.

Levittown resident Brian Foley, 21, was arrested for theft at the TJ Maxx Store after $570 was taken. It happened at 11:32 a.m. Monday.
A 52-year-old Levittown man was arrested for driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Jollybrook Road at Oxford Valley Road at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday. Police said John Glenn Schmitz faces DUI and related traffic offenses.
