Police: Croydon Couple Arrested For Theft; 3 Others Arrested

Police said Warren Wagner, 46, of Croydon, and Carole Marshall, 43, of Croydon, were arrested and charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of vehicle and related offenses. It happened at 5:36 p.m. on Mar. 4 on New Falls Road in Levittown. District Justice Brown arraigned the pair, with bail set at $75,000 for Wagner and $50,000 for Marshall. They were then sent to Bucks County Prison.
John Baigis, 38, of Levittown, was arrested on a local warrant police said. It happened at 9:20 a.m. on Mar. 2 on Woodbine Road in Levittown. He was arraigned at District Court 2 with bail set at $25,000 and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Lewis Shilling, 24, of Newark Delaware, was arrested on a local warrant, according to police. It happened at 8:33 p.m. on Mar. 2 on Bath Road in Bristol. He was video arraigned by District Justice Douple with bail set at $75,000 and sent to bucks County Prison.
Patrick Woolfork, 19, of Levittown, was arrested on a bench warrant and released to sheriffs police said. It happened at 9:52 p.m. on Mar. 4 on Mitchell Road in Levittown.
