Identifying Lee took so long due to the fact that he was not carrying identification at the time of the strike. Also, he is not known to have any relatives in the United State, Ward told Patch.
The 71-year-old was walking in the roadway at the time he was struck, Ward said. Around the same time, rain storms were moving through the Levittown area.
