Police: Armed Man Crashes Into Car With Child Inside, Threatens Suicide

Bristol Township police said an armed 25-year-old Fairless Hills resident faces numerous charges after smashing into a car with a child inside. The knife-weilding man also threatened to kill himself, according to police.

Police said Andrew Black crashed his car into his girlfriend's vehicle, which was carrying a 22-month-old child inside. It happened on Newportville Road in Croydon at 4:21 p.m. on Mar. 10. The child was not injured.

Black was charged with aggravated assault and other related offenses in connection with the incident. He was arraigned by District Justice Baranoski, and with set bail at $15,000, he was sent to Bucks County Prison.

Police also reported two additional arrests and other crimes.

Matthew Radue, 19, of Bristol, was arrested on a bench warrant and released to sheriffs, police said. It happened at 11:48 a.m. on Mar. 9 on Roundwood Lane in Levittown.

Raymond Seehousen, 41, of Croydon, was charged with simple assault and harassment, according to police. It happened at 4:04 p.m. on Mar. 10 on Maple Avenue in Croydon. District Justice Roth arraigned him, set bail at $5,000 and sent him to Bucks County Prison.

Police said at an unknown date and time, someone broke in through the rear window of a Marion Avenue location in Levittown and stole $50 cash from a drawer. It was reported at 6:52 p.m. on Mar. 9.

According to police, at an unknown time on Mar. 10 someone broke in through a first floor window of an address on Parkside Circle in Levittown. Two Dell Net Books and cash were stolen. The approximate value of the items is $1,300. It was reported at 3:49 p.m. on Mar. 10.

Police said a 2001 Honda parked on Newportville Road in Croydon was stolen. It happened sometime between 7:30 p.m. on Mar. 9 and 2:09 p.m. on Mar. 10. The vehicle bore Pennsylvania registration XMS90. Its approximate value is $4,200. It was reported at 2:09 p.m. on Mar. 10.
