Police: Mother, 2 Sons Charged After Christmas Day Scuffle

State police responded to a domestic dispute in Hulmeville Boro Christmas morning.

A Hulmeville Boro mother and her two sons face harassment charges after a domestic dispute sent state police troopers to their Hopewell Avenue home Christmas morning.

According to a incident report, state troopers arrived to the home at approximately 11:30 a.m. to respond to reports of a fight between Marianne Fein, 46, Kenneth Ogborn, 20 and a 17-year-old unnamed juvenile.

Upon the trooper's arrival, he observed that the glass window on the back door had been shattered and that broken glass candle holders littered the floor inside, according to the report.

Police say that the juvenile shoved his mother, who struck him on the shoulder with a frying pan. Ogborn, who also has been charged with criminal mischief, broke the back window when he threw glass candle holders at his mother, police say.

The charges will be filed at the office of District Judge Robert Wagner, the report says.
