Police: Slew Of Thefts, Vandalisms Reported

An undetermined amount of cash was taken from a Haines Road address in Levittown sometime overnight on Dec. 8, according to police. Someone gained entry through a rear door. It was reported Dec. 8 at 10:56 a.m.

The old Pathmark on Durham Road in Bristol was burglarized when someone entered through a rear door and stole copper piping, police said. The approximate value is unknown, but according to police it happened sometime between 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 6 and 12:15 p.m. on Dec. 8.

Police said someone took a $36 Pennsylvania registration plate from a 1997 Acura, parked on Marion Avenue in Levittown, sometime overnight on Dec. 8.  It was reported Dec. 8 at 12 p.m.

A 2001 Chevrolet, parked on Old Spruce Lane in Levittown, was broken into sometime overnight on Dec. 8, police said.  An EZ pass, checkbook, cash, cigarettes, radio and numerous tools were stolen from the vehicle. The approximate value is unknown.

According to police, someone stole a lawn mower, weed whacker, pruner, leaf blower and a bucket of tools that were under a tarp in the rear yard, from an address on Spencer Drive in Croydon. The approximate value was $720 and it was reported on Dec. 8 at 5:50 p.m.

Cash and a dart kit, totaling $290, was stolen from a 2000 Isuzu parked on Glenrose Avenue in Bristol, police said. It happened sometime during the day and was reported at 5:04 p.m. on Dec. 8.

Police reported that sometime during the day on Dec. 8, a 2004 Toyota parked on Glenrose Avenue in Bristol was broken into and an undetermined amount of change was stolen. It was repoted at 4 p.m. on Dec. 8.

Police said $1,000 in damage occurred when someone ripped apart a Christmas decoration and pulled other decorations down at an address on Edgely Road in Levittown. It happened sometime overnight, but was reported at 7:32 a.m. on Dec. 8.

The rear windshield of a 2000 Mitsubishi, parked on Colonial Avenue in Bristol, was smashed sometime overnight on Dec. 8., police said. The approximate damage is unknown. It was reported at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 8.

Sometime between 2 p.m. and 2:20 p.m. on Dec. 8, someone damaged the front passenger side fender of a 1997 Dodge parked on Newportville Road in Croydon, police said. It was reported on Dec. 8 at 2:21 p.m. The value of the damage is unknown.
