Police: Thefts Include $5K Jewelry, Copper

Bristol Township police reported several thefts in the area.

Police said jewelry, valued at $5,214, was stolen from a Karen Avenue location in Croydon. It was reported at 2:40 p.m. on Feb. 8.

Sometime between 2 p.m. and 2:50 p.m. on Feb. 8 a burglar broken into a home on Farmbrook Drive in Levittown, police said. It was reported at 2:55 p.m. on Feb. 8 and it was unknown if anything was taken. 

The registration plate from a 2005 Ford, parked at Graystone Lane in Levittown, was stolen sometime overnight, police reported at 8:28 a.m. on Feb. 8. The approximate value is $36.

Sometime between 6 p.m. on Feb 7 and 7 a.m. on Feb. 8 a thief broke into a 2003 Jeep, parked at Willow Avenue in Bristol, and took an undetermined amount of cash, police said. It was reported at 9:04 a.m. on Feb. 8.

Sometime overnight a thief stole $791 worth of copper from several Verizon trucks on New Falls Road in Levittown, according to police. It was reported at 8:58 a.m. on Feb. 8.

Two plastic chairs, worth $20, were stolen from the front of a home on Mulberry Lane in Levittown, police said. It was reported at 10:45 a.m. on Feb. 8.

Sometime between 10 p.m. on Feb. 7 and 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 a thief broke into a 2007 Chevrolet, parked at Llamberis Avenue in Bristol, and took cash and ammunition. It was reported at 12:57 a.m. on Feb. 8.

Police said sometime overnight a vandal smashed out a window on a 1994 Ford that was parked at Mitchell Road in Levittown, causing approximately $150 in damage. It was reported at 6:01 p.m. on Feb. 8.

The rear patio door of a home on Balsam Road in Levittown was smashed open by a burglar, police reported at 1:20 p.m. on Feb. 9. It was unknown if anything was taken.

Sometime overnight someone took the inspection stickers from a 1996 Pontiac that was parked at Mitchell Road in Levittown, according to police. It was reportetd at 9:55 a.m. on Feb. 9.

Sometime overnight police said two dealer tags, valued at $72, were stolen from a location on Ford Road in Bristol. It was reported at 11:35 a.m. on Feb. 9.

At an unknown day and time about $250 worth of cash was stolen from a home on Park Avenue in Bristol, police reported at 5:04 p.m. on Feb. 9.
