Police: Woman Arrested After Firing Gun Inside Middletown Trace Apartments

Middletown Township Police Make 2 Arrests

Middletown Township police said they made two arrests.

A 47-year-old Langhorne woman was arrested after firing a handgun inside an apartment Tuesday night, police said.

Police said Loretta V. Alston fired her handgun at Middletown Trace Apartments at 9:48 p.m. No one was injured in the shooting.

Alston was charged with reckless endangerment. She was arraigned by District Justice Daniel Baranoski and remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

In a separate incident, a 29-year-old Trenton, N.J. man was arrested.

Police said Pawel Lukasz Szczech was taken into custody following a one-car crash on East Lincoln Highway at Route 213 at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday.

Szczech faces driving under the influence charges.
