Purse Taken from Car at Acme Parking Lot

The owner was loading groceries in the trunk when the thief took her belongings.

Bristol Township police responded to a theft from vehicle report Sunday morning at the Acme supermarket on New Falls Road.

According to a police statement, the victim told officers that she was loading groceries into tthe trunk of her car when she heard her passenger door shut. She saw someone get into an adjacent car and speed off. When she looked inside her car, the victim saw that her purse had been taken.

The victim descibed the suspect as a white male in his mid-40s with grayish-brown hair, driving an older white car.
