Sesame Place Thefts Lead To Arrests

Middletown Township police said several people were caught stealing from the amusement park.

Several people were caught stealing at Sesame Place over the weekend.

Jahnira L. Jones, 34, of Wilmington, DE, and Stachon Jernere Miller, 30 of Newark, DE were arrested at 3:07 p.m. Friday at Sesame Place, according to police. Police said the pair stole $385.25 worth of merchandise. Jones and Miller were arraigned by Judge Wager and remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail each.  

Police said 31-year-old Philadelphia resident Ivonia L. Robinson was cited for retail theft after stealing $34.70 worth of merchandise from Sesame Place at 3:15 p.m. Friday.

Robert Colon, 21, of Bronx, N.Y., was cited for retail theft after $94.75 worth of merchandise was stolen from Sesame Place at 5:16 p.m. Saturday, according to police.

Police said Kamika Labelle Tucker, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was cited for retail theft after $104.64 worth of merchandise was taken from Sesame Place at 8:41 p.m. Saturday.

Police said they also made some other arrests over the weekend.

A 20-year-old Langhorne man was arrested following a domestic dispute at 12:39 p.m. Friday on Bromley Way. Police said Robert Hoffman faces charges of restraint and simple assault.

Police said a disturbance at the emergency center at St. Mary Medical Center at 6:30 a.m. Saturday led to a citation for 24-year-old Sean Daley, of Wrightstown.

Three people were cited following a disturbance on Redwood Avenue at 9:59 a.m. Saturday. Police said Langhorne resident John Kwon, 39, Philadelphia resident Michael Roddy, 33, and Bensalem resident Kimberly Schnarrs, 29, were cited for disorderly conduct.
