State Police Arrest Bristol Man on Outstanding Warrant

Pennsylvania State Police released a recent blotter of crimes.

A Bristol man was arrested on an outstanding warrant by a state trooper on Friday, Jan. 4, according to police reports.

On Friday, Jan. 4 just before 1:30 p.m. Trooper Lee Nolan initiated a traffic stop on I-95 northbound at Exit 40. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver, a 23-year-old from Bristol, had an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriffs Office.

The warrant was in regards to a parole violation for simple assault.

Why report one crime? What about the other people arrested? Especially in middletown? You tell us only one person was arrested for simple assult?

@Concerned Citizen: This was the only arrest on Jan. 4 that was provided to us by the state police (as you can see in the attached PDF). We post all releases that the state police send us. Thanks for your comment
