Thief Snatches $5K Worth Of Construction Scaffolding
Bristol Township Police Blotter 4/12 - 4/13
Bristol Township Police report that sometime earlier this week, someone removed an entire steel construction scaffold from a location of Radliffe Street in Bristol. The value of the scaffolding was about $5,000.
Also, several other thefts were reported in the past week, police said.
A fire-safe box was stolen from a location on Veterans Highway in Bristol sometime between April 8 and April 11. Police said safe contained petty cash.

Police said a storage unit on Ford Road in Bristol was broken into sometime last week. Several pairs of pants and a tool box were removed from the unit, for a total value of $545.
Sometime on Monday someone smashed the front passenger window of a 2007 Saab that was parked on Bristol Pike in Croydon and ripped out a mounted GPS unit. The value of damages, included thefts, is $300.

Another car on Bristol Pike was struck in a similar fashion on Monday, police said. A 2001 Honda's front passenger window was smashed and its stereo removed. Value of the theft and damages is approximately $1,000.
Police said on Wednesday someone cut holes into the fencing and pried padlocks at a location on Ford Road in Bristol. Copper welding wire was taken from within the fenced-off area. It was valued at $5,000.
Police said a camera was stolen from a 2006 Chevrolet parked outside a Vineyard Road home in Levittown. It happened sometime on April 13.
A registration plate was taken from a 1990 Camry sometime early this week. The car was parked off of Spiral Lane in Levittown.
According to police, between 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday someone broke into a home on Llamberis Avenue in Bristol. The thief entered through a basement window and stole a pair of sneakers and various medication, police said. The value of the items was a little over $100.
Police said two vehicles were stolen during the week.
A 2000 Chevrolet truck was stolen from Runway Road in Levittown sometime between April 9 and Monday. Police said the truck was valued at $6,000.
A 2009 Kawasaki motorcycle was stolen from the rear yard of a home on Green Lane in Levittown sometime overnight on Monday. The value of the bike is unknown.
Police said several instances of vandalism were also reported.
A 2002 Pontiac, parked on Foster Avenue Circle in Bristol, was keyed overnight Tuesday. the damage has been valued at approximately $500.
The rear driver's side tire of a 2002 Ford on Spencer Drive in Croydon was slashed this week. Police estimate the value of the damages at $300.
A rock was thrown through the upper stain glass window of St. Thomas Aquinas Church on Belmont Avenue in Croydon sometime overnight on Monday. The damaged window is valued at $1,000.
Tires of a 2001 Oldsmobile, parked on Cedar Avenue in Croydon, were slashed. The damage was estimated at $300, police said.
Police said Armando Murillo, 32, of Levittown, was arrested on a local warrant. It happened on Bath Road in Bristol on Wednesday. Murillo's bail was set at $50,000.
