Woman Assaults Bristol Police Officers

Bristol Police report three assaults last weekend.

During a call for a dispute at a Rocky Pool Lane home, a 28-year-old woman assaulted a Bristol police officer, according to police.

Jamie Foster, of Levittown, was arrested for assaulting police officers and was transported to Lower Bucks Hospital for treatment after the dispute in the home.

She was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment and Public Drunkenness. Police provided no further information.

Aug. 18

Joshua Koehler, 39, of Red Hill , Pa. was arrested at 2:43 a.m. Saturday on Veterans Highway and Bath Road for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person after allegedly hurting another person in a fight.

Koehler was arraigned before District Justice Kelly and released on $50,000.00 unsecured bail, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Aug. 19

Police report that two men, David Rumsey, 36, of Bristol and Christopher Mason, 23, of Bristol “will be arrested “ for allegedly hurting another person on Blueridge Drive Sunday during an altercation. “Charges will be simple assault and disorderly conduct,” the report indicates.
