Woman Walks Into Officer's Car, Cited For Public Intoxication

Police said Langhorne residents 22-year-old Cherlinna Francis Fecca and 47-year-old Lisa Ann Dallmer were arrested after a report of a compressor that was stolen from a home on Brownsville Road. Fecca faces theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy charges. Dallmer faces conspiracy to theft and receiving stolen property charges, police said.

Three people were cited for public intoxication, police said.

Police said 19-year-old John Richard Hild, III, of Levittown, was cited for public intoxication after a pedestrian stop at the food court in the Oxford Valley Mall at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

Levittown resident 24-year-old Robert Watkins, III, was also cited for public intoxication after a pedestrian stop at the Great American Diner at 3:19 a.m. Sunday, according to police.

A 48-year-old woman from Little Egg Harbor, N.J., was also cited for public intoxication. Police said it happened after she walked into the back of a parked police car at the Shoppes of Flowers Mill on North Flowers Mill Road in Langhorne at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Police said two people were involved in separate incidents of thefts at the Oxford Valley Mall.

Ryan Skopinski, 19, of Morrisville, was cited for retail theft after $95.98 worth of merchandise was stolen, according to police. It happened at Zumiez in Oxford Valley Mall at 3:35 p.m. Friday.

A 47-year-old Philadelphia woman was arrested for theft after $88.36 worth of merchandise was stolen from Sears in Oxford Valley Mall at 1:20 p.m. Sunday, police said. Maria A. Cruz was arraigned by Judge Finello and released on $5,000 unsecured bail, according to police.

Also, police said a Levittown woman was cited after a domestic dispute on Hamlet Road. Police said Barbara Bradley, 46, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct on Sunday.
