Bucks County Non-Union Workers to Get 2 Percent Raise

Bucks County's non-union employees will be getting a 2 percent raise this year.

The county commissioners unanimously approved the raise Monday for the employees, who are largely management level, said county spokesman Chris Edwards. The employees span departments, including finance, information technology and general services.

The pay increase will cost the county about $750,000, Edwards said.

Non-union employees number about 470, or 20 percent of the county's workforce.
