Deadline for Political Letters to the Editor

Patch has a 5 p.m. Friday deadline for all election-related letters to the editor.

As Election Day approaches on Nov. 6, Bucks and Montgomery Patches are enacting a deadline for all letters to the editor on political and election matters.

All letters should be emailed to your editor with “Letter to the editor” in the subject line. Political letters to the editor will be published no later than Sunday, Nov. 4. We will begin publishing political letters to the editor again on Wednesday, Nov. 7.

Letters to the editor on all other matters are welcome and there is no restriction on nonpolitical or election-related letters. You can use Patch's open blogging platform throughout the election, as long as the posts are civil and do not contain any inaccuracies.

Patch, like many media organizations, institutes this policy to avoid last-minute accusations that candidates may not have time to respond to before polls open. Our policy covers every race from the president down to the township committee and school board.

I would like to say it was amazing watching these future Hall of Famers at 8 years old fightingRead More through the weather and playing the 5 games in 2 days. They were tougher than many of the adults! I remember my days with Levittown American Little League playing in the 8-9 year old division and these boys would have taken us out! It would not have been close. Great Job to all and Congrats to Team Neshaminy...do you know how hard it is to say that as a Pennsbury Grad? I look forward to the next tournament!
