Surprise Flooding Hits Bristol Borough

While Friday was not the end of the world as we know it, it may have looked like that in Bristol Borough.

Residents tell Patch the Harbor Lights Apartments of Radcliffe Street suffered some flooding. The apartment complex is often a victim when the river swells.
