What's Open and Closed on Labor Day

Most stores will be open, but banks and government offices are closed for Labor Day holiday.

It's the "unofficial" end of Summer.

Many of you will have Monday, Sept. 3 off work to celebrate Labor Day. So what will be open and closed on the holiday?

What's closed:

  • Township and Borough offices will be closed Monday, while the public libraries are all closed Sunday and Monday.
  • Banks, post offices, and the stock market are closed on Monday.
  • Garbage and recycling collection will be delayed a day because of Labor Day.
  • Bucks County offices.
  • The PennDOT Photo License Centers

What's open:

  • Most stores and restaurants are open and many are offering sales.
  • Buck County has going on.
