Harry S. Truman High School To Honor Vets

Eight veterans of foreign wars will be honored at Harry S. Truman High School in Levittown.

Eight veterans of foreign wars will be honored at Harry S. Truman High School in Levittown. 

The veterans will be treated to breakfast and an assembly honoring their service on Friday, Nov. 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., according to a news release.

The veterans with service in World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Iraq and Afghanistan will address students and answer their questions. Following that, in a show of appreciation, the Truman Choir will sing "Good Bless America".
