Neshaminy Teachers To Return To Work Friday

The Neshaminy Federation of Teachers has decided teachers will return to work, according to reports.

 

The Neshaminy Federation of Teachers said teachers will return to work this week, according to reports. 

NBC 10 reports the Neshaminy School District teachers will go back to work on Friday, Jan. 20 because it will enable them to complete the school year on June 15 as scheduled, according to the union.

Although, union officials say, there is always the potential to strike again, according to NBC 10.

 in hopes of forcing a contract deal. The main sticking points affecting the bargaining include, teacher health care benefits, salary levels, retroactive pay and the teachers' role in determining educational policies.
