This class improves and develops various areas of fitness, such as cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, agility balance, and coordination.  A fitness program that is accessible to anyone, no matter what their fitness level, income level, or motivation level.  It’s like a personal training session, but at a fraction of the price and more fun because people can feed on the group energy!
