Trim a few inches, get back into shape and your muscles strong. It will be an intense workout, but you will train at your own pace so you can ease yourself back into being fit. The workout will never get boring or monotonous as we use training tech- niques that involve sledge hammers, monster truck tires, medicine balls, body weight exercises and more. Man up now and begin taking the right step back into fitness.
