Falls Supervisors Reorganize, Donation Drive for Fire Victims This Week

Check out what's happening this week around Levittown.

  • The Falls Township Board of Supervisors will re-organize its members at a meeting Monday at 7 p.m. The meeting will include the swearing in of new member Jeff Boraski. Bristol and Middletown townships also re-organize their governing boards Monday night.
  • A donation drive at George Washington Elementary on Crabtree Road will collect clothing and other items between 6:30 and 8 p.m. The drive will help out the 10 members of the Reiling family left homeless after their house was tragically destroyed in a fire Friday afternoon.
  • Bristol Township schools have off Monday for a teacher in-service day. Classes resume Tuesday.
  • The Pennsbury School Board will meet Thursday at 8 p.m. at Fallsington Elementary's public meeting room.
  • It's going to stay cold and rainy into Monday, then it will turn sunny and brisk for the rest of the week, with temperatures going into the high 40s on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
