Sunday Best: Auto Show, Peach Festivals, Nature Trail

Weekend events across Bucks County include the New Hope Auto Show, Peddler's Village Peach Festival and tours of historic Moland House

Here are some ways to spend your weekend:

New Hope Auto Show
See 250 magnificent classic and antique automobiles
New Hope-Solebury High School
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Admission: $5
Parking: $5

Peddler's Village Peach Festival and Sidewalk Sale
Live music, peach treats and summer sales.
Peddler's Village, Lahaska
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Free admission and free parking

Peachy Fun Days
Gourmet peach treats, playground, inflatable attraction & craft for kids, wagon rides to PYO orchard. 
Shady Brook Farm, 931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley
Opens 11 a.m.
$2 per person
PYO peaches are 99 cents per pound

Moland House Historic Park Nature Trail
1641 Old York Road, Hartsville
House open for tours 1-4 p.m. Sunday; park open all day
$4 suggested donation for tour
Now is the perfect time to check out the nature trail and natural garden. Listen to the birds.  See the gaggle of geese.  Watch the groundhogs.  Sit by the Neshaminy Creek and look for the sunfish or the carp.  You just might see a red fox coming to the stream to drink.  Several deer might wander out of the bushes.  Overhead, a redtail hawk might be circling in search of its next meal.
