William Penn Fire Company is a 100 percent volunteer fire company that was organized in 1832. The company operates three engines and a utility truck. Station 77 in Levittown is one of two in the company. The other station is located in the Hulmeville Borough. Nearly 60 firefighters make up the company and respond to about 500 calls per year in the community.
