Bristol Township Police Make Warrant Arrest

Bristol Township Police recently made a warrant arrest of a Levittown man.

Bristol Township Police are investigating the following incidents that all occurred Jan. 11, 2013: Theft from Vehicle Sometime overnight person(s) unknown entered a blue Hyundai on the 600 block of Second Avenue, Croydon, and removed a work brief case containing business paperwork as well as $5 in loose change from the ashtray. Theft from Vehicle Sometime overnight, person(s) unknown entered a Ford F-250 P/U on the 400 block of Cedar Avenue, Croydon. The unlocked vehicle was ransacked. Some loose change and insurance papers were taken.  Warrant Arrest At about 6:59 a.m., on Oxford Valley Road, Bristol, a 45-year-old Levittown man was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County. Tire Slashings, Thefts, Burglary & More Reported in Middletown

Middletown police are looking for any person who witnessed the theft of collectable coins.

Theft From Vehicle About $1,500 worth of Echo landscaping trimmers were taken from the unlocked toolbox of GMC truck overnight on Sweetgum Road. Burglary A home in the 100 block of Terrace Road in Levittown was broken into between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. A Mac laptop and a Playstation 3 were taken during the burglary. The items are estimated to be worth over $1,500. DUI A 30-year-old Newtown resident was arrested for DUI on New Falls Road just after 6 p.m. Tire Slashings Between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m., six different houses on Handy, Harvest and Hardy roads had their vehicle tires slashed. Falls Township had a similar crime occur around the same time. Theft Two males in a silver companct car, possible a Honda, stole bags of …

Falls Man Steals $3K of Tools From Neighbor's Shed

Burglary On Oct. 31, 2012 between  10 and 11:55 a.m. on Vermont Lane, a homeowner went out to the store and when they returned they found their rear bedroom window broken. It is unknown what has been taken at this time. Theft On Oct. 26, 2012  at 11:29 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 2200 block Blair Drive to investigate a theft that had taken place within the past 24 hours. Two Teens Injured in DUI Crash

State police are charging an 18-year-old male from Trevose with DUI following a crash on I-95 that injured himself and a 17-year-old female passenger.

On Sept. 23 at 8:11 p.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. Police said a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old male from Trevose was traveling at a high rate of speed in the left lane on I-95 north.   Agents from the Attorney General’s Child Predator Unit arrested a Bensalem man who allegedly propositioned an undercover agent who was using the online identity of a teenage girl and traveled to meet the “girl” for sex. Attorney General Linda Kelly identified the defendant as Amitkumar P. Manvar, 28, of the 3200 block of Hulmeville Road. Kelly cautioned parents to regularly discuss Internet safety with their children, especially as a new school year begins. She noted that this recent arrest highlight the types of dangers children can face online. “Predators will take advantage of any available opportunity to identify and communicate with potential victims,” Kelly said. “The start of a new school year results in new activities, new …

State Police Report DUI Arrests, Harassment Incident

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police at Trevose. It does not imply conviction.

  Between July 3-4, Trevose troopers investigated the following incidents: On July 3 at 1:39 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at milepost 37.7 in Bensalem. The driver, Nicholas Campbell, 30, of Burlington, N.J., was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested for DUI and faces charges in district court. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident. On July 3 at approximately 1:30 a.m., state police responded to Parx Casino for a report of harassment. According to police, a 26-year-old female victim from Doylestown said she was approached by a group of men while playing the slots. Between June 1-3, Bensalem police made the following arrests: On June 1 at 11:50 a.m., Hamioutie Ram, 51, of the 100 block of Oakmont Drive, Moorestown, NJ, was arrested in the 3400 block of Knights Road and charged with harassment. She will receive a citation. On June 1 at 5:43 p.m., Jenna Rodwic, 21, of Honey Locust Road, Levittown, and Laura Perchy, 21, of Hawk Road, Levittown, were arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with disorderly conduct. State Police Make Drunk Driving, Drug Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between May 30 and June 2, Trevose troopers made the following arrests: On May 30 at 4:25 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at exit 40 in Bristol Township. The driver, Alan Waserstrom, 34, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was arrested for DUI and possession. Trooper Lee Nolan investigated the incident. On May 31 at 12:45 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at exit 37.9 in Bensalem. Police searched the vehicle and located several bundles of suspected heroin. The driver, Michael J. Troopers Report Accidents, DUI Arrests

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose Station. It does not imply conviction. Between May 20-24, Trevose troopers responded to the following incidents: On May 20 at 3:05 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound near Exit 37 in Bensalem. The driver, Rafael J. Catala, 38, of Levittown, was found to be impaired. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Joseph Krut investigated the incident. On May 20 at 5:40 p.m., state police responded to a four-vehicle accident on Route 413 near Winchester Avenue in Langhorne. Police said the crash occurred when traffic was stopped at a red light. Police Make Seven Wednesday Arrests

Charges included a tobacco offense, theft, public drunkenness and an outstanding warrant.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction. On Wednesday, May 16, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 8 a.m., a 17-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with use of tobacco on school property in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road. He was issued a citation. At 9:27 a.m., Scott Neisser, 22, of the 3100 block of Mechanicsville Road, was arrested at Century Lane and Clara Drive and charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
