'No Credible Threat Was Established For Pennsbury High School'

The Pennsbury School District has released a statement on rumors of violence.

After rumors of violence against Neshaminy High School and Council Rock South High School, the Pennsbury School District released the following statement about the threats: Several of our area high schools are the targets of rumors pertaining to school violence today. Much of this is theorized by authorities to be fueled by unrelated events, such as the Sandy Hook tragedy and the 12-21-12 end-of-the-world rumor. We wish to thank our alert parents, students, and staff who reported information as it came in so that we could follow up accordingly. Church Youth Group Crasher Arrested

A 36-year-old woman tired to fight off police as they arrested her.

Taminka Ford did not leave Calvary Full Gospel Church in Falls Township without a fight Friday evening, police said. The 36-year-old Trevose resident is charged with defiant trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after an incident that disrupted a church youth group and forced a classroom to be cleared of students Friday evening. The woman, who had a history of getting confrontational with church leaders and parishioners, acted in a “belligerent” manner and told police multiple times that the group leader and others were out to get her, police stated in the criminal complaint. Man Accused of Having Sex With Teenage Girls

A 35-year-old Falls Township man was arrested late last week on charges he had sex with two high-school aged girls.

Two teens say that a 35-year-old Falls Township man had sex with them in the months of October and November. Benjamin Gartside, 35, of the Morrisville section of the township was arrested Friday on two counts of felony statutory sexual assault on a minor, aggravated indecent sexual assault, corruption of minors, child pornography and other offenses. The incidents were uncovered when the parents of a 15-year-old made a report with township authorities in early December stating their underage daughter and Gartside had allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship, a criminal complaint said. Woman Struck by Car in Middletown & Truck Overturns in Falls

Two traffic incident happened late Friday afternoon in Levittown.

Woman Struck by Car A middle-aged woman was struck by a car at Route 413 and Trenton Road in the Levittown section of Middletown at around 3 p.m. Friday, according to reports. Patch reader Drew Sroka said EMS crews put the woman on a stretcher and took her in an ambulance. Emergency reports indicated she was transported to St. Mary Medical Center's trauma ward. No further information on the afternoon crash was available from authorities. Falls Man Accused of Attacking and Raping His Wife

A 33-year-old man is being charged with raping and assaulting his wife over the weekend.

A 33-year-old Falls Township man is accused of attacking and raping his wife after a company Christmas party over the weekend. The incident all began when the man became upset after he felt that a male co-worker was dancing to close to his wife, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. Barnes & Noble Sexual Assault Suspect Strikes in Middletown

The man wanted in connection with a late November sexual assault in Falls Township is now suspected of groping a girl at a popular store in Middletown.

Police in two townships are keeping their eyes open for a "subject of interest" wanted in connection with two incidents where young girls were touched. Middletown authorities late Wednesday afternoon issued a message that the same suspect from the Nov. 27 incident at the Barnes & Noble in Falls is reported to have "groped" a girl at the Target Tuesday evening in the Langhorne section of the township. Police say the suspect touched the young girl at the store on East Lincoln Highway at around 8:30 p.m. No further information was released. The suspect was described by Falls investigators as a white male between the age of 20-30. He is approximately six feet tall with short blonde hair.
