Middletown Township police on Monday reported the following retail-related incidents: A 25-year-old Yardley woman was cited for retail theft at 9:07 p.m. Friday at the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road. Merchandise was valued at $26.53. A 17-year-old was cited for retail theft at 6 p.m. on Saturday at Sears in the Oxford Valley Mall. Merchandise was valued at $26. A 72-year-old man was charged with criminal mischief at 3:21 p.m. Saturday for damaging merchandise at Macy's in the Oxford Valley Mall.

Middletown Township police report thefts from Redner's and Target.
A 31-year-old Feasterville woman was cited for retail theft, according to Middletown Township police. Items taken from the Redner's Warehouse Market on East Lincoln Highway totaled $55, police said.

Retail Theft A 34-year-old Bensalem woman was cited for the theft of assorted merchandise from the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road. DUI A 55-year-old Levittown man was arrested for DUI on Four Leaf Road at 2:19 p.m. Flim Flam A business in the 1300 block of East Lincoln Highway fell victim to a flim-flam scam. A 6-foot-tall white man between the ages of 30 and 40 requested change for a $50 bill. He then asked for the bill back and left. Police reported that the cashier was left $50 short. A bizarre weekend incident in Levittown involved three shots fired in Colbolt Ridge.
A alleged wild night led to shots being fired over the weekend in Levittown. Francis Zydzik, 56, of Circle Road in the Levittown section of Middletown, is charged with felony aggravated assault charges and several misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment and simple assault, according to a docket sheet. The incident is alleged to have started Saturday at about 10 p.m. with a son picking his intoxicated father up from bar and ended with three shots fired at from a handgun. Zydzik’s son picked his father up at Miller’s Ale House on East Lincoln Highway Saturday evening. Middletown Township Police are searching for a man who went missing Jan. 17.
Middletown Township Police are searching for David High who went missing from his home on Durham Road in Penndel Jan. 17. According to police, he is a white male, 6'1", 210 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. A picture of High is attached to this article as a PDF. High left his home without his wallet, credit cards and cell phone. He takes various medications, include those to treat a diabetic condition -- it's unknown if he had his medicine with him. He has been entered into the FBI's NCIC database as an endangered missing person. He has been known to frequent the Bristol Borough and Tullytown area. Middletown Township Police are investigating a theft from the Langhorne T-Mobile.
The Middletown Township Police are investigating the following incident: On Jan. 16 at about 3:49 p.m., a male subject stole two Galaxy Note Pads from the T-Mobile on E. Lincoln Highway in Langhorne. The Middletown Township Police are investigating the following incidents: Vehicle Theft Sometime overnight Jan. 13 on the 2100 block of E. Lincoln Hwy, Levittown, a 2007 Mercedes Benz C280 was taken from a common parking lot. Criminal Mischief/Attempted Theft Sometime between Jan. 13 and 15 on the 1100 block of Wheeler Way, Langhorne, the rear fence of an electrical supply company was cut.
