Airsoft Rifles, Wii System Stolen in Burglary

A list of recent incidents that Middletown Township police reported.

Theft An 20-inch Huffy bicycle was taken overnight from Towns Road in Levittown. The bike is orange and worth $90. Assault A 44-year-old Langhorne woman was arrested at 12:30 a.m. for a simple assault that happened on Adam Avenue. DUI A 20-year-old Levittown woman was arrested for drunk driving on Fairway Drive just before 2 a.m. Burglary A home in the 1400 block of Oxford Valley Road in Levittown broken into through an unlocked side window. A window screen was cut and two airsoft rifles and a Wii gaming system were reported missing. Police valued the theft at $500. Retail Theft A 54-year-old Levittown woman was arrested at 2:30 p.m. for theft of merchandise and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Levittown Giant. The woman tried to …

Flim-Flam Scam, Thefts Reported in Middletown

A list of recent incidents that Middletown Township police reported.

Retail Theft A 34-year-old Bensalem woman was cited for the theft of assorted merchandise from the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road. DUI A 55-year-old Levittown man was arrested for DUI on Four Leaf Road at 2:19 p.m. Flim Flam A business in the 1300 block of East Lincoln Highway fell victim to a flim-flam scam. A 6-foot-tall white man between the ages of 30 and 40 requested change for a $50 bill. He then asked for the bill back and left. Police reported that the cashier was left $50 short. Theft From Vehicle An unlocked 2010 Honda was entered in the parking lot of the Park Plaza Shopping Center in Levittown between 12:30 and 12:30 p.m. The victim reported a purse containing cash, sunglasses and prescription medication was stolen. Two Galaxy Note Pads Stolen from Langhorne T-Mobile

Middletown Township Police are investigating a theft from the Langhorne T-Mobile.

The Middletown Township Police are investigating the following incident: On Jan. 16 at about 3:49 p.m., a male subject stole two Galaxy Note Pads from the T-Mobile on E. Lincoln Highway in Langhorne. The subject fled in a burgundy-colored Hyundai Sonata. The note pads are valued at $700 each. Two Caught Stealing at Oxford Valley Mall

Two people were recently caught trying to steal from retailers in the Oxford Valley Mall.

The Middletown Township Police Department reported the following incidents: Retail Theft A 14-year-old male will be petitioned to juvenile court for retail theft of $265 worth of clothing from the Oxford Valley Mall Hollister store on Jan. 12 at about 4:24 p.m. Retail Theft A 31-year-old Levittown woman was arrested for retail theft of about $692 worth of merchandise from the Oxford Valley Mall Macy's on Jan. 12 at about 6 p.m. Retail Theft A 21-year-old Newtown man was issued a non-traffic citation for retail theft of $99 worth of merchandise from the Langhorne Target on Jan. 13 at about 7:46 p.m. Theft from Vehicle Sometime overnight, an unlocked 2008 Ford Edge on Canal Rd., Levittown, was entered and earrings, an Ipod, prescription …

Feasterville Woman Caught Stealing, in Possession of Controlled Substance

Middletown Township Police are investigating a number of incidents.

  Retail Theft A 35-year-old Feasterville woman was arrested for retail theft of merchandise valued at $121 and possession of controlled substance at the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road in Levittown Jan. 9. Retail Theft A 21-year-old Hatboro woman was issued a non-traffic citation for retail theft of merchandise valued at $117 at the Oxford Valley Mall Sears Jan. 8. Theft from Vehicle Sometime overnight Jan. 4, an unlocked Ford Ranger on Larkspur Road, Levittown, was entered and an Ipod Shuffle was taken. Police: Bristol Man Steals from Walmart

Bristol Borough Police released a recent blotter that included retail theft.

A police blotter including an arrest for retail theft was released by Bristol Borough Police on Jan. 8. According to the report, a 36-year-old man from Foster Avenue Circle in Bristol Township was arrested for retail theft at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7. The man was charged with retail theft at Walmart at Bristol Commerce Park, police said. He will be summoned to court for the theft charge. The man was released to the Sheriffs Department due to an active warrant out of Bucks County.

House Ransacked, Attempted Tool Theft, Vehicle Incidents & More

A list of recent incidents that Middletown Township police reported.

Burglary A home in the 400 block of Orchard Avenue in the Langhorne section of the township was entered between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. The home's bedrooms were ransacked and a laptop was reported missing. Investigators believe the suspect(s) entered through an unlocked door. Retail Theft A 23-year-old Fallsington woman was arrested for attempting to steal $311 worth of tools from the Sears in the Oxford Valley Mall just after 3:30 p.m. Theft From Vehicle Between Saturday and Monday, a GPS system and a $225 radar detection system were taken from a 2011 Ford on Lipton Lane in Langhorne. Two Men Steal Gucci Glasses From Falls Shop

Several other recent retail theft incidents were reported in Middletown. One man tried to take $1,000 worth of clothing from Macy's.

Local police in two towns have dealt with several retail thefts incidents recently. At 10 a.m. on Tuesday, two men walked into the Normandy Optical location at 85 Makefield Road in Falls Township and "removed" 14 pair of Gucci eyeglasses from the display area of the store, police said. According to police, the designer frames were taken while the small business' owner was helping other customers. The two suspects are described as a white male in the his 30s and a black male in his 40s, police said. The glasses were valued at $1,635. In November, Bristol police reported that 750 eyeglass frames were taken from a car on Dixon Avenue. No word if the crimes are connected. Police Charge Levittown Man with Retail Theft

Suspect lodged in county prison on $70,000 bail.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction. On Monday, Feb. 13, Bensalem police investigated an incident in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose. Alexander J. Koren, 32, of the 90 block of Blue Ridge Drive, Levittown, was arrested and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.
