State Rep. Tina Davis is Re-Elected

State Rep. Tina Davis was re-elected in the 141st legislative district.

State Rep. Tina Davis will continue to represent voters in the 141st legistative district. According Bucks County Elections, Davis received about 72.6 percent of the votes, or 17,600 votes. Davis was challenged by Anthony Sposato, a Levittown resident and Neshaminy School Board member. Sposato received 27.4 percent of the votes, or 6,653 votes. The 141st Legislative District encompasses portions of Bristol Township, Middletown Township, Bristol Township School District and Neshaminy School District. Davis, a Bristol Township resident, was first elected in 2010 to serve the 141st Legislative District. Prior to her election, Davis served as a councilwoman in Bristol and worked as a local real estate agent, according to her website. Sposato …

Sposato Challenges State Rep. Davis in 141st State Assembly Race

Republican candidate Anthony Sposato is challenging Democrat State Rep. Tina Davis in the 141st State Assembly race.

Voters in the 141st legistative district will have the choice to re-elect Democrat State Rep. Tina Davis or elect Republican candidate Anthony Sposato this Election Day. Sposato, a resident in the Quincy Hollow Section of Levittown, currently sits on the Neshaminy School Board, has authored two books, is working on a third book and owns a commercial cleaning business, according to the Bucks County Republican Committee website. If elected, Sposato would like to focus his efforts on "working with American middle class families to save their homes with property tax reform, address the pension bubble and make educators accountable and put our students first." Rep. Tina Davis To Offer Mobile Office Hours In Croydon

State Rep. Tina Davis, D-Bucks, said she will host mobile office hours on June 6.

State Rep. Tina Davis, D-Bucks, said she will host mobile office hours from 10 a.m. to noon June 6 in Croydon. "I understand the time challenges that working families and seniors often have, and I'm hoping to continue to host additional mobile office hours moving forward," Davis said. "While Wednesday's hours are set up for Croydon residents, it is open to any resident of the 141st Legislative District." Davis' staff will be on hand at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church Annex at 601 Bristol Pike in Croydon. Available services during these hours include handicap placard applications, registration renewals, driver's license and identification questions, Property Tax/Rent Rebate program assistance and more. Local, State Officials To Open Obama-Biden Office In Bristol

Organizing for America Pennsylvania's Bristol field office will serve as community hub for activities in area.

A new field office for the Obama-Biden campaign will open in Bristol Thursday evening.  Organizing for America Pennsylvania volunteers and staff, Bucks County Commissioner Diane Marseglia, State Representative Tina Davis and Congressional Candidate Kathy Boockvar are set to open the new office at 414 Mill Street in Bristol.  OFA said it is working to build the strongest grassroots organization possible by registering voters, talking one-on-one with neighbors about the issues they care about, and encouraging them to support President Barack Obama in November.
