The Hatfield Township Police Department is requesting information concerning the whereabouts of Thomas Troy Young, according to a release on Thursday afternoon. "There is an active criminal arrest warrant charging Young with attempted murder and related offenses," said the Hatfield Police release. "He is believed to be operating a black 2009 Honda Accord which bears Pennsylvania registration GKS8099. The vehicle is owned by the victim and was taken immediately after the assault. Hatfield Township detectives are currently pursuing leads in an attempt to locate him." Young's alleged victim, a family member, is still recovering. A judge ruled today that Pennsylvania's tough new Voter ID Law should be put on hold until after the Nov. 6 general election, according to an Associated Press report.
