Two homes in Bristol Township have been declared unsafe for occupancy, the Bucks County Courier Times reports.
Bristol Township officials are filing paperwork to condemn two homes in the Violetwood section of Levittown, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. The homes have been nuisances in the community for years and have built up many complaints from neighbors, according to a story in the newspaper. In the past year, residents have said Bristol Township has taken many steps to alleviate the many neglected homes in the township. According to numbers released last month by Council President Bob Lewis, Bristol Township has 158 vacant homes, down from 223 in 2012.
