The acronym LYFT- stands for the 4 municipalities of Pennsbury School District:  Lower Makefield Twp, Yardley Borough, Falls Twp & Tullytown Borough

LYFT brings together community leaders, prevention & treatment agencies, youth & family serving organizations, local businesses, schools, law enforcement, residents, parents and youth to minimize unhealthy choices that put youth at risk - such as alcohol use/abuse & dangerous drinking, tobacco, and other drugs (including Prescription drug abuse/misuse), and maximize access to prevention education opportunities to assist youth and families.

Goals: -Mobilize and engage all sectors of the community;-Define clear and measurable outcomes to track progress in events, activities & programs; -Identify gaps in service and needs through student & parent surveys and local data.
