Holly Hill Home Destroyed by Fire

The Parent-Teacher Organization at George Washington Elementary has scheduled a donation drive at the school for Tuesday evening.

A family of 10 had their lives turned upside down Friday afternoon after a fire ravaged their home on Hawthorne Ln. in the Holly Hill section of Levittown.

According to reports from the Breaking News Network, responding fire crews had the blaze under control within a half-hour, but the house has been destroyed. The cause of the fire has not been released as of Friday at 4:30 p.m. A message has been left with the Bristol Township Fire Marshal's office.

The community has also responded quickly to the tragically homeless family. Members of the George Washington Elementary PTO have organized a donation drive to take place Tuesday between 6:30 and 8 p.m. at the school located at 275 Crabtree Dr. in Levittown. The ages of the eight children include:

1 year old boy
5 year old boy
7 year old boy
10 year old girl
14 year old girl size 14
12/13 year old girl also size 14
15 year old boy
16 year old boy
