Pennsbury Manor Kicks Off Annual Holly Nights Today

Pennsbury Manor continues a tradition more than 25 years old.

Pennsbury Manor continues its traditional Holly Nights event Thursday and Friday. The community event has been going for more than 25 years at the historic site.

Every year, the event draws hundreds of people each year who take a trip back into time on the historic grounds, which are lit with hundreds of luminaries. Visitors can also take part in a candle-lit tour of the Manor House.

Open to the public, the "joyous feast for the senses" offers crackling fires, hot-mulled cider, dancing shadows, and the merry sounds of carolers strolling the grounds.
