Croydon Man Arrested On Assault Charges

Bristol Township police reported two arrests and two burglaries.

 

Bristol Township police reported two arrests. 

Police said Curtis Camer, 57, was arrested on outstanding warrants and unpaid fines. It happened at 11:42 a.m. on July 17 on the 6900 block of Emilie Road in Levittown. He was committed to Bucks County Correctional Facility.

William Jurkiewicz, 30, of Croydon, was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for allegedly injuring another person police said. It happened at 6:54 p.m. on July 17 on the 1900 block ofDixon Avenue. Jurkiewicz was arraignedby District Justice Kline and released on unsecured bail.

Police said they also responded to two alarm activations.

Police said they responded to an alarm activation and noticed someone had entered a building on the 2500 block of Bristol Pike. It happened at 3:39 a.m. on July 17. A police K-9 unit checked the building, but no one was found. Nothing appeared to be missing from the establishment.

Police said they responded to an alarm activation on the 7000 block of Bristol Pike. According to police, someone knocked a hole in the wall of the business and stole several rolls of quarters and several packs of cigarettes. It happened at 2:40 a.m. on July 17.
