Drug Arrests, Thefts Reported By Middletown Township Police

Drug-related arrests and thefts were among the reports in Tuesday’s Middletown Township police blotter.

Police said Teresa Marie Flynn, 23, of Bensalem, and Matthew Robert Hammond, 21, of Tullytown, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. It happened at the Checkers on 1100 block of S. Woodbourne Road at 5:56 p.m. Saturday. Flynn was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffs as a result of an outstanding warrant.   

Langhorne resident Michael Ryan Deperro, 24, was arrested at the Langhorne Train Station on Bellevue Avenue at 10:30 p.m. Saturday for possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Police said officers responding to a fight call on Tweed Road at 12:41 a.m. Monday arrested Steven J. Aaron, 19, of Levittown, for fleeing and eluding police along with traffic-related offenses.

A 16-year-old Bristol boy was cited for trespassing at the Oxford Valley Mall at 6:18 p.m. Friday, police said.

Police said 43-year-old Margaret Thomas, of Washington, D.C., was cited for trespassing at Sesame Place at 3:45 p.m. Saturday.

Theft-related arrests were also reported by police. 

Risikat O. Adetola, 39, of Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft and criminal mischief after police said $123.98 worth of merchandise was taken from Sears at Oxford Valley Mall at 7:45 p.m. Friday.

Police said Ericka B. Boglin, 40, of Bronx, N.Y. was arrested for retail theft after $153.84 worth of merchandise was taken from Sesame Place at 3:45 p.m. Saturday.

A 14-year-old Philadelphia boy was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property after $7 was taken from a tip jar at Cold Stone Creamery in Oxford Valley Mall. It happened at 7:17 p.m. Saturday.

Police said other crimes were also reported. 

Someone stole a white Dodge van, parked at Racquet Club Apartments, sometime between 2 p.m. Friday and 5:50 a.m. Monday. The van is valued at $1,400.  

Police reported that someone broke into a home on Dolphin Road and took more than $5,000 worth of gold jewelry. It happened sometime between late June 2011 and Aug. 5.
