Police said the driver responsible for a multi-vehicle crash is in serious condition at St. Mary's Hospital.

Along with police, the Penndel-Middletown rescue squad and the Langhorne Fire Company also responded to the scene in the 100 block of Golf View Drive in Middletown on Wednesday afternoon.
